Fixed Ops Solutions is excited to have Darren Boates joining the team in the role of Account Manager. In this new role Darren will be working with existing and new clients as an Associate Consultant and Fixed Ops Trainer.

Darren has enjoyed past success working directly with dealers during their acquisition phase, and leading those teams at newly acquired sales points to success. Darren has a proven work history working with OEMs and retail dealerships, both in domestic and import brands, bringing a unique insight from both sides of the table.
A proud moment in Darren’s career was leading the team at Bruce Hyundai to become one of the best dealerships to work for in Canada as recognized by Automotive News Canada. Reflecting back on that team brings forth a memorable group of individuals who all contributed at the right time and with a shared focus to become the best of the best.
